Food Grade Multi-Chamber Feed Frames
To ensure safety, we developed a special food grade multi-chamber feed frame made of Food Grade Co-Polymer. Metal feed frames, if not set properly, can lead to metal contamination and black particles in tablets.
Its advantages:
- Its special multi-chamber design minimises weight variation and ensures proper filling at speeds up to 50 RPM.
- The extra filling chambers make the powder move in a serpentine motion thereby increasing filling time, which makes this feed frame advantageous even for big tablets.
- Eliminates metal contamination and black particles caused by metal feed frame
- Minimizes weight variation
- The auto adjusted scrapper blade reduces powder loss
- Ensures uniform filling even at a speed of 50 RPM
The multi-chamber feed frames are available for Singhania Tableting, Cadmach, Manesty, Stokes, SVIAC, Frogerais and other tablet presses.
- All contact parts are S.S. 316 as per cGMP Standard.
